Do I need to create an account?

Which gift card brands do you support?

Are there any hidden fees beyond the 10%?

No, there are absolutely no hidden fees. Our exchange fee is a strict, flat 10% of your gift card's face value, meaning you receive exactly 90% in crypto. Unlike other platforms, we cover 100% of the blockchain network (GAS) fees for all BTC, ETH, and USDT transactions. The payout amount shown on our calculator is exactly what lands in your wallet—no surprises.

What cryptocurrencies do you pay out in?

We support payouts via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT (Tether via TRC-20 protocol for lower fees). Using USDT TRC-20 is highly recommended to minimize blockchain gas fees.

Security & Verification

Why does the verification process take up to 72 hours?

Because digital gift cards are frequent targets of online fraud, we do not automate redemptions. Our internal security team manually verifies the source, integrity, and balance of every submitted code globally. This 72-hour window is essential for maintaining liquidity and averting chargebacks.

What happens if you find my card is already used?

If our reviewers discover your gift card code has already been redeemed, or does not carry the stated balance, the transaction will be immediately rejected and banned from our system. No cryptocurrency will be disbursed.

Troubleshooting

I entered the wrong crypto wallet address. Can I change it?

Please contact support immediately! If the 72-hour review has not finished and the crypto has not left our system, we can manually update your destination address. However, if the blockchain transaction has already been broadcast, it is mathematically irreversible and your funds are permanently lost.

My card was rejected, but I bought it legitimately. Why?

Sometimes gift cards are region-locked (e.g., an Amazon UK card submitted as USD) or the retailer places a temporary freeze on the card balance. Please contact our support team to get specific details regarding your rejection reason. We are happy to re-evaluate with adequate proof of purchase.
